there can be multiple ways to test same control
for example if we want to test whether senior approves expense vouchers before payments are made, we can see signed bills, we can check emails, we can observe signing, we can see CCTV, we can do inquiry, we can see manual etc
now if emails access is not provided, CCTV not feasible, observation not possible then we to see more signed bills ( increase extent)
