Sir in CNO 2.010, Mea Limited (Auditee) issued the engagement letter and answer doesnot contain anything regarding that.
Normally engagement letter is written and issued by the auditor to the client and client confirm the same. Am I correct?

yes in practical life
auditor drafts it, signs and sends 2 copies to client, receives back 1 copy
SA 210 is silent about who signs it first
it doesnt matter who sign’s it first, point it is whether they agreed for terms and whether there is written proof for the same
so i think no need to focus on matter who sends it to whom
