whatever employee gets in return of his services is emoluments
salary , bonus, commission etc
Than why he will share with others actually I didn’t understood the clause and whole concept please descibe in bit detail what that clause is there

employee can delegate his work and money with others and let his professional work being done by others
but such delegation will be considered unethical towards boss / employer
