Sir, is the format for engagement letter for internal audit same as that of statutory audit? Could you also tell me if format for Engagement letter for internal audit is same as that of engagement Letter for IFCR? if not, then what are the differences?

Format of engagement letter for statutory audit / internal audit and IFCR are different.
For statutory audit see appendix of SA 210
For internal audit see appendix of Standard on Internal Audit 8
For IFCR see appendix of Guidance note on IFCR
