Sir, Regarding Undisputed Audit Fee, We are requested to appoint as Statutory Auditor as per Companies Act, But fee for Other Statutory Audit of previous FY is not paid.
But fee of Previous year statutory audit was paid, Can we accept the Current year Engagement??

just ensure audit fees of previous auditor, who did the work you are being offered is paid
need not see payment status of other audits
