hello
i have been travelling to mumbai, delhi for batches and also for some personal commitments, i will be free by 11th, will solve doubts by 11th evening and then within 24 hours thereafter, meanwhile keep posting all your doubts, i assure each and every doubt of yours will be solved, its our commitment of past 6 years since we started auditguru.in site that none of the doubts on site has remained unsolved

they first explain that operational auditor focuses on improvement in business activity so as to achieve business goals & objectives. it involves using business sense, practical approach etc
but internal audit is more about compliance to internal control system and how to stop frauds & errors
so approach is little different 
but error of 1000 is relevant and important for both
as it is error it is important for internal audit 
and it is a financial loss so relevant for operational auditor also
