Board of directors appointed Mr A as first auditor within 30days .
1) Can At 1st AGM Mr A can be reappointed as auditor till 6th AGM. Is no rotation will applicable as it is appointed for 6 yrs (1+5).
2) is it below appointment valid, give reason.
In case Mr B ,instead of A, was appointed as auditor in 1 st AGM to hold office from conclusion of its 1st AGM till the conclusion of 5 th AGM i.e. 4 years tenure.

- yes he can be reappointed, we dont count first auditor, casual vacancy auditor terms as they are not regular 5 agm terms, for rotation only those appointments are counted which are of 5 agms
