Can in any agm any auditor can be appointed to hold office for less than 5 years…
i.e. can in 1 st AGM auditor be appointed to hold office till conclusions of its 5 th AGM…instead of 6th AGM

no auditor should be appointed by 5 AGMs
in initial stage of company’s act appointments were made for less than 3 years because of 1st time application of rotation
