In this question sec 35  has been mentioned where as it should be actually sec 65 for routine audit being conducted. 
Kindly clarify at the earliest.

Question is about audits by CAs under GST Act
Sec 35 & Sec 66 Audit’s can be conducted by CAs
Sec 66 audit is by department
so answer is correct
yes heading of question can be “GST Audit by Professionals”
