Sir, 
The 3rd number ques of the CNO 522.000
“CA Nadar is conducting…….”  is exam question of Nov -20 attempt (New Course).
The answer given in suggested answers  is not related to topic “Audit report to BoD” rather its answer is given in topic “General Audit procedure” of our bhaskar book.
Also, the second part of the suggested answer is not there in our Bhaskar book.
 
Please guide how to handle this question in exam.

Yes, It is incorrectly placed in CNO 522.000. We have made separate CNO for this and we will be covering this in additional question of Param. And yes this particular question has to be answered as per General Audit procedures.
