Atleast 1 ID director from the board of listed entity shall be a director on the board of directors of unlisted material subsidiary, incorporated in India. 
But in CNO 434.250 the unlisted subsidiary is incorporated in Australia yet answer says that the ID r shall be appointed from the board in case of ROBUS limited. 
What is the correct answer?

Please note in notes also it should be incorporated in or outside india, its a printing mistake from our side
