Sir, As per ICAI suggested inter corporate loan fall under clause (IV) of para 3 and this question is solved in PARAM by using clause(III) of para 3.

Yes krunal that question is inappropriately clubbed here that should be as per clause (iv) 
it is a new question asked first time in exams
