Sir, do we need to mention second issue in ‘Case Discussion’ part regarding relationship of Managing director with CA Rajnath? as the question specifically asks about action of MD regarding appointment of first auditor?

Question first asked about how first Auditor is appointed & then question asked tp comment on action of MD. So Question is focusing on appointment of first auditor rather than relationship of auditor with MD. So second issue is not the focus & ICAI answer itself says that second issue is redundant, so no need to mention the second issue.
