if there is any dispute between the legal heirs of deseased member and information as to the existence of dispute is received by the institute within 1year of death the  name of the firm shall be kept in abeyance till 1 year from the DATE OF SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTE. Means for example if Death occured on 30.04.2022 and date of dispute started on 30.09.2022 then 1 year will be counted from which date sir ???
