In above Q about audit and review of Components in case of CFS……..as per MCQ book ans is option (c) but I confused with option (a).

As per company’s act or SA 600 there is no such requirement that parent company auditor should compulsorily audit / review all components.
a and b are incorrect as they are saying request of parent auditor is appropriate.
in case of listed companies s per sebi lodr parent company has to do review of audit of components, that is a different concept all together.
