We generally solve queries in 24 hours but, sir was not well so could not solve queries of past few days, but it is expected that today onwards sir will be solving all queries in due time.

Special Notice by Members — holding not less than one per cent of total voting power or holding shares on which such aggregate sum not exceeding five lakh rupees
Special notice is for general meeting where only equity shareholder vote / use of word voting power further suggest equity shareholders.
so only equity holding should be considered and not preference share holding
