One of Author book I have, says – Not guilty as “Article clerk is already been engaged & serving under firm.
Please clarify.

if loan was condition for providing articleship, then it will be misconduct.
if loan is in normal course of business without any relationship with articleship it is not a misconduct.
if question is silent we will assume first condition exist and state it is misconduct
