Sir,what is the difference between two phrases of opinion of fair presentation framework(CA-Inter- Pg. No.- 1.173)

1st Phrase — True & Fair View
2nd Phrase — Presents Fairly in all Material Respect
both can be used interchangeably, they both mean same thing
