Can director of holding company become auditor of subsidiary company?
As per earlier replies director of holding company cannot become auditor of subsidiary company. But in module for May 2022 attempt it has allowed it…so how to present in the exam?
Also please confirm….whether director of subsidiary can become auditor of holding?
