placement of Going Concern para in audit report when we disclose key audit matter paragraph separately whether same will be placed after basis for opinion or after key audit matter para

if there is material uncertainty over going concern
and at the same time it is a key matter also
in such case going concern para will be placed after basis of opinion and before key audit matter
going concern para will win over key audit matter
reference should be given in KAM regarding going concern para
