Sir in question no 430.500 it is said that the company is a top 500 listed entity and it has one women director in explanation it is said that only top 1000 listed entities are required to appoint 1 independent woman director but this is top 500 listed entity so only one women director required no independent so why in the conclusion it is said it is required to appoint one independent woman director.
