1. CEO/CFO broadly take personal responsibility and assure that financial statements and related internal control systems are appropriate.
 
2.Practicing CS or Auditor certify whether company complied with LODR.
 
3.Company informs stock exchange on quarterly basis and also separate section is given in annual report, with respect to compliance of LODR.
 
So different people giving assurance in different matters at different point of time, to make company and its officials accountable for proper implementations of corporate governance as per LODR.
