Sir Test of control kya hum sirf assertion level par he test karte hai ..
Same for substantive procedure bhi hum assertion level par he lgate hai…
Financial statements as whole par test of control ya substantive procedure nahi lagate?

if we have financial statement level risk — we have overall responses
we definitely test controls over financial reporting process
we have substantive procedures for overall presentation and disclosure
we can say that above test of controls & substantive procedures affect many assertions like valuation / completeness / accuracy etc
