Hello sir !If a company incorpoarated 4 years back and has not appointed any auditor yet …also has not been filed any annual returnWhat is the procedure for appointing first auditor now??

this is very rare situation. as per company act 2013, if BOD doesnt appoint auditor then right goes to shareholders and they also have time limit of 90 days. in such scenario company should consult appropriate authorities and take further course of action.
suggested course of action will be to hold egm and appoint first auditor.
