Sir,small confusion wrt applicability of women director.
Section 149,says one women director is mandatory for a listed entity and for other than a listed entity upon conditions of turnover and PUSC, its mandatory
 
Further,in a recent amendment,mandatory to have one independent women director if listed top 1000.
So can we conclude,if listed and in top 1000 one independent women director becomes mandatory and for other than listed not mandatory until conditions being fulfilled?
