according to sec 141, a person who has been convicted by a court of an offence involving fraud and a period of 10 years has not elapsed from the date of conviction.. is disqualified .so how can now if tribunal removes auditor he can\\\’t act as auditor only for next 5 years ? pls help sir :) thanq

Sec 141 talks about sentencing by Court for fraud (10 years) Sec140 talk about removal by Tribunal for fraud (5 years) So both are by different authorities, they don’t cross each other.
