hmm first of all not relevant for exams, but good to ask if it is troubling you…
practically some solutions are possible

  1. Article will continue under the said employee even he joined dome other firm and work for existing firm, wont be any problem for anyone if all agree.
  2. Partners will ask their friends for one vacancy and get article registered there
  3. Article will take termination and do what he wants to do
