Sir. In your lectures you forgot to explain this point and I am unable to understand it.
This is the last point under removal of auditor AT AGM
Important Observation
3) if any of the joint auditor is not reappointed, then it will lead to removal of that join auditor and section 140(4) will be applicable
Please explain the meaning of this point

Suppose A, B, C are 2 joint auditors
if C is not reappointed then procedures for removal of auditor at AGM will get applicable for C
