  1. Customer A gives cash of Rs 50,000 to cashier
  2. Cashier doesnt do accounting in books Cash A/d Dr 50,000 To Mr A 50,000
  3. Cashier kept this cash with himself
  4. Now cash as per books and cash as per drawer will match as transaction is not recorded and cash is also missing.
  5. No suppose Mr B gives cash of 50,000
  6. Entry — Cash A/c Dr 50,000 to Mr “A”
  7. Fraud of A covered by money of B, then fraud of B will covered by money of C and so on
  8. In the whole process 50,000 is always with cashier and he is hiding one fraud by doing another fraud and so on
