it is about all subsequent auditors
first auditor’s tenure gets over on 1st agm
so subsequent auditor will be appointed on 1st agm and he will continue till 6th agm that means after appointment next 5 agms
hence tenure is 5 agms

Sir if auditor gets appointed at 3rd agm then he will continue to be auditor till conclusion of 6th agm? is this the interpretetion ?

if he is appointed in 3rd AGM
then 3 + 5 = 8
he we continue till 8th AGM
