Sir in section  140 (4), when special notice served by members, then there is special resolution required or ordinary resolution to remove existing auditor or appointing another person as new auditor?

Special Notice means notice given by Shareholders (Holding 1% of voting power or minimum paid up capital of 5,00,000)
it doesn’t mean we need special resolution
if section doesn’t specify anything it is understood it will be a ordinary resolution
if it is specifically said to have special resolution then only it is required
