SRE 2400 doesn’t use word limited assurance they use word moderate assurance.  further for exam purpose if you use both words interchangeably its fine. but if go deep in academics audit covered by SAs where opinion is given has a reasonable level of assurance and others SRE / SAE all have limited assurance that means subject to certain conditions and not as good as an audit opinion. and they may be in the form of moderate level of assurance or low level of assurance.
