Sec 139(2) says that after specified period, “company” should not appoint auditor again…
Further 139(10) says that if no auditor is not appointed or reappointed at the end of his term then he will autonaautomat get reappointed
Now let’s see combined harmonious interpretation
If rotation is applicable and the same time next auditor is not appointed both of above will get applicable together
139(10) will prevail, automatic reappointment will take place
Beacause 139(2) says “company” should not appoint after specified terms, and in 139(10) “Law” appoints auditor automatically
So 139(10) will get applicable and it not contravention of 138(2) rotation
