If there is 2 branches (other than main office ) in same city in that case require 2 separate incharge or exemption available if distance between 2 branches is not more than 50 km from Municipal Limits .
So there are 3 offices
Only one branch which is within 50km from municipal limits of city will get “Second Office Exemption”, Other branch wont get it even if within 50km, because exemption is for 2nd office and not 3rd or 4th Office
So 1 incharge for HO
1 Incharge for Br 1
No incharge for Br 2 (Second Office Exemption)
