Sir SA 299 SAYS it shall be the responsibility of each joint auditor to determine NTE of AP to be applied in relation to areas of work allocated to Said Joint auditor.
And also SA 299 Says that is joint auditor will have to communicate the nature timing and extent of audit procedure to other joint auditors as well and also to TCWG,
DOES THAT MEAN THE IF ANY ONE OF THE JOINT AUDITOR DOES NOT DECIDE THE CORRECT NTE OF AP THEN ALL JA WILL BE JOINTLY AND SEVERALLY LIABLE

no, every joint auditor is responsible for there own allocated areas
joint auditors are informed so that other joint auditor should know what particular joint auditor is doing
and TCWG is aware what procedures would be applied
