A CA independent director of a company can be statutory auditor of such company please give answer from companies act. Point of view and professional ethics

if ca is director (any full time / part time / independent)  of company he cannot become auditor of company as per sec 141(3) of company act 2013

but sir  in terms of Clause (11) of Part I of First Schedule to the CA Act, A Chartered Accountant can be a director of a company (not being a managing director or a whole time director), unless he or any of his partners is interested in such company as an auditor. 
here in given case is it possible to happen …..A CA as director simplicitor of a company can be statutory auditor of such company please give answer from companies act. Point of view and professional ethics

 clause 11 says ca can be director (director simplicitor) thats correct
but he cannot be director and auditor in same company , in fact it further clarifies he cannot be director if even partner is auditor.
