Eg. Mr.A is the Auditor of XYZ (P)Ltd. in which Mr.S is a managing director. There is an another company POR.(P)ltd. in which Mr.A(CA) and Mr.S are directors.
In this case Mr.A(CA) can do the audit of XYZ(P)ltd. ?
Yes Mr A can do audit. He is not director himself neither he is partner of existing director “S”, he just happened to be Co-Director in some other unrelated company which is not even subsidiary or etc. Being Co-Director is not disqualification.
So its perfectly fine, he is not disqualified to be auditor.
