According to ESB ANNOUNCEMENTS,  it is given that a CA IN PRACTICE can’t become  FINANCIAL ADVISOR   but SIR,   the service of financial advisor is covered in Management Consultancy services, which a CA can provide….

Please read complete sentence, he can become financial advisor but not receive fees / commission etc
A chartered accountant in practice cannot become Financial Advisors and receive fees/commission from Financial Institutions such as Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, NBFCs etc.
