If a practicing CA has his own proprietorship and is a partner in a CA-LLP doing CA work, then will he be a full time partner or part-time partner in LLP? Also can he sign audit from both firms i.e. proprietorship and CA-LLP?

ca can work through more than firms. he can sign assignments in his proprietorship as well as in partnership where he is partner.
concept of part time COP gets applicable when he is doing something other than regular practice.
now when firms get empanelled for bank audit, CAG audit etc firm may get less points if any partner is also actively involved in practice elsewhere, so it means he is not in part time COP, but firm may get less point.
