Scenario – Mr. A and Mr. B are partners in the same audit firm.
Mr. A’s brother is the Director of a company ABC Ltd. So by virtue of Companies Act Section 141(3) clause (f), Mr. A cannot accept or be the signing partner for audit of ABC Ltd.
But Mr. B does not fall in the scope of that clause. 
So can Mr. B accept and conduct this audit and be the signing partner?

yes he can do it in individual capacity not on behalf of firm
