Dear Sir,
In this question is it okay to mention in review of working papers part – intro of it “Working papers are not property of principal auditor and that other auditor is not obliged to do so” and also “In case of Foreign Subsidiary check whether Audit is in accordance with ISA issued by IFAC “. Kindly clarify and resolve at earliest.
Thank you.

Question is not on can principal auditor do it, whether consent of other auditor is required ?
Yes consent is required and other auditor will do it on client’s request
Question is what is the use of doing it and what to do in review
so 1st statement is not necessary but it still it can be included
2nd statement is required  as it is not our concern
