Will an invitation of religious ceremony held by Mr A, a CA in practice, with the name ” Invitation from Mr. A , Chartered Accountant”  to father in law of Mr. B, brother of Mr A ,also a practicing CA but different firm amount to professional misconduct as per Clause 6, Part 1, 1st Schedule ? as Will father in law of Mr. B be covered under definition of Relative or a Friend? If yes, what is the definition of Relative or a Friend ?

if religious ceremony held by Mr A
we can send invitation to relatives, friends & clients of A
relative definition as per AS 18
father in law of B is not relative of Mr A
there is no definition of friend
authorities will apply judgement 
i think you are overthinking about it
only 1 question is ever asked on this point
and point is just send it to relatives friends and clients of Mr A and not Mr B
