Sir, In the recent amendment  for May 20, part B, if the auditor resigns after 45 days from the end of the quarter, then he’ll have to issue limited review/audit report for such quarter as well as the subsequent auditor.
eg if the statutoryauditor resigns on 15th august, 2019 then he’ll have to issue limited review/audit report for the quarter April to June(this is Part A which is clear to me) but if he resigns on 20th August, then the fact that he’ll have to issue report for the Q1 April to June is digestible but why will he have to issue report for the quarter July,August and SEPTEMBER?

you were auditor till 20th august , that means you have covered major part of quarter so now take responsibility and finish it off
