just imagine you are on your desk and you are going to finalise a qualified report 
you will have to express

  1. Nature of Qualification With Clarity (MMST or Lack of Evidence)
  2. Explain Reason for Qualification (Why Qualification)
  3. Quantify Effect on Financial Statements (Increase , Decrease in Profits & Assets Etc)
  4. Explain Violation of Law if Any (Make user Aware)
  5. Use proper wordings such as “Except for”
  6. Dont use vague statements
  7. Relate Notes & Report
  8. Discuss Draft Report
