If company is covered under NFRA rule, then NFRA will decide whether it wants to get any such company reviewed by QRB. QRB on its own cannot decide to review such companies. In case of other companies, QRB decides about quality review.
In this example only last company AAZ Ltd is not covered by NFRA rules criteria, so QRB can select it on its own for review.
