Refund & Return Policy (Auditguru.in)
Effective Date: This policy was applicable from 01 Jan 2020 and updated on 04 Feb 2026.
This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made on Auditguru.in (“Auditguru”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1) Request Window (7 Days)
Refund, return, exchange, or change requests are accepted only within 7 days:
- For digital products: within 7 days from the date of purchase
- For physical products (if any): within 7 days from the date of delivery
All requests must be raised only by email at: support@auditguru.in
2) How to Raise a Request
To request a refund/return/exchange/change, email support@auditguru.in with:
- Registered name & mobile number
- Order ID / Invoice number
- Product purchased (course/batch/material)
- Request type: Refund / Return / Exchange / Change
- Reason (and supporting proof, if applicable)
After receiving your email, our support team will review the request and communicate it with Ravi Sir for final approval. Genuine requests are handled on priority.
3) Digital Products (Online Courses / Recorded Videos / PDFs / Test Series)
Since digital products are delivered instantly, refunds/exchanges are approved case-by-case depending on access/usage status.
Eligible Requests (Within 7 Days)
A refund or exchange may be approved if:
- Duplicate payment / charged twice for the same order
- Wrong product purchased by mistake, and the content has not been accessed/activated/downloaded
- A major access/technical issue from our side that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time
- Genuine exceptional reasons (e.g., medical emergency), with reasonable supporting documents
Not Eligible Requests (Even Within 7 Days)
Refunds/exchanges are generally not approved if:
- The course/material has been accessed, activated, downloaded, or substantially consumed
- The issue is due to internet/device limitations or user-side technical issues not caused by Auditguru
- The request is raised after the 7-day window
4) Live Batches / Live Classes
Before Batch Starts (Within 7 Days)
Refund or exchange requests may be approved on a case-by-case basis, subject to verification and feasibility.
After Batch Starts
Refunds are generally not approved once the batch has started, except for genuine exceptional reasons approved by Ravi Sir.
Exchange Option (Preferred)
Where feasible, we may offer an exchange/transfer such as:
- Batch change/transfer
- Switch to another course/batch
- Credit note/store credit for future purchase
(Subject to seat availability and any price difference.)
5) Physical Products (If Any) – Books / Printed Notes / Merchandise
If physical products are sold and shipped, the following applies:
Return/Exchange Window
Return or exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Wrong item / damaged item claims should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video (and unboxing video if available)
Shipping
- If the wrong item is delivered or the product is damaged/defective (verified), Auditguru will arrange resolution as applicable
- For preference-based returns/exchanges, shipping may be borne by the student
6) Refund Method & Processing Timeline
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method wherever possible
- Refund processing timeline is typically 7–10 business days after approval (actual time may vary by bank/payment provider)
- Payment gateway/processing charges, if any, may be deducted where applicable
7) Final Approval
All refund/return/exchange/change requests are processed only after email verification and final approval by Ravi Sir. We rarely receive refund/return requests, but any genuine request is handled on priority.
